We charge a flat rate of $7 per purchase location. For example if you purchase two pieces from two different stores/locations, you'll be charged $14. This is automatically calculated at the checkout. When shopping you can filter your search to one store using the 'Location' filter to reduce shipping costs.
All orders are shipped with Courier Post - you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you purchase multiple items they may be dispatched from multiple locations and may not arrive together. Orders are usually processed the next working day but may take up to 3. During New Zealand public holidays, processing time can increase, we thank you for your patience. Delivery timeframes are usually between 1 – 5 working days.
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes. You will need to sign for your order on delivery.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Returns for Online Purchases
We will accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Store credit (not including shipping) will be given for items that are returned with tags, unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition, with proof of purchase. If you wish to make a return please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. Full refunds are only offered in accordance with the Consumers Act.
If your return is deemed to not be in the condition it was when sent out, we will not accept your return and it will be sent back to you. Return postage and tracking is the responsibility of the sender. Please send your returns using a tracked or couriered service, as we will not be liable for any lost items. We do not accept any returns from online sales through our Recycle Boutique stores. We will provide you with the return address once you contact us. As all of our items are one offs, we cannot offer you another size.
