Dropping off
Prepare 5+ pieces: Gather clean, on-season, quality items — designer, vintage, or well-made high street. Bring a few extras in case some don't make the cut.
Drop off in store: Book online or just walk into any of our stores. We'll add your items to our assessment queue.
Track and get paid: Follow your items through your online account and get notified when they sell. Collect payment in store, by bank transfer, or use it as store credit — online or in person.
Clothing Criteria
Prepare 5+ items that match all of our clothing criteria. It pays to include a few extra pieces in case some items don't meet our criteria as we'll need at least 5 items to accept your drop off. Here's what we're looking for:
• Well-made pieces that are designed to last - we generally do not accept fast fashion labels. Find some examples here.
• Great condition
• Freshly laundered
• Matches the current season (summer, winter, transeasonal)
• Current or timeless styles
• Clothing, shoes and accessories only
How it works
• All accepted clothing moves through a 7 week cycle; 4 weeks at full price, 2 weeks at 25% off, 1 week at 50% off. If unsold after this time your clothing will become the property of the store and be recycled responsibly through our Donation Program which supports a number of organisations.
• If you opt to collect unaccepted items, this must be done within 7 days of the processing date after which they will be recycled through our Donation Program.
• Once sold, you receive 55% for anything that sells for $100+, and 45% for anything under $100. Payments $100 and under can be collected in store via eftpos refund, or for payments over $100 you can request a bank transfer through your online account. Or, use your balance as store credit in store or online!
• You can easily track the progress of your items through your online account. Your clothing will expire after 7 weeks, become property of the company and be recycled through our Donation Program, but you are welcome to find and collect your pieces anytime before this.
