Hello everyone, we just wanted to send an update to our Auckland customers - we hope you're holding up okay and we're wishing for a speedy return to normalcy. We have some information below so you know what to expect if you're selling with us, and when we'll be able to accept stock again.

Stock currently in consignment is considered "frozen" until stores can reopen at Level 2. Please don't be concerned, nothing will expire during this stage. Once we reach Level 2 we will update the expiry dates on your items and you will see this change reflected on your online account.

Returns (unaccepted items that were not accepted for sale) - we usually hold returns for 7 days but if the expiry of your returns was after the date that the lockdown started, we'll add an extension to account for the Level 3 and Level 4 shut down period.

Our online store remains open, and our dispatch locations around NZ (excluding Auckland) are dispatching as normal. Shipping is free for orders over $100.

Our pick up service will resume for non-contact collections at level 3, for free! Get your stock ready and we'll notify you once we're accepting bookings again! If you had already dropped off with us and were waiting for your processing confirmation, please be assured that your drop is securely held at our processing office and we'll work through these as fast as we can.

Payouts are paused until stores can reopen at Level 2. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
